Why do you price by orders and not by revenue?
Revenue-based pricing punishes growth: the more you sell, the more you pay, even if your workload is the same. Orders reflect the data we actually process, so the price stays fair as you grow.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Nothing changes straight away. There are no overage fees. If you go over two months in a row, we suggest the plan that fits.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for the AI work you ask for. An AI explanation or a chat answer uses 1 credit, and a full AI report uses 25. The daily briefing is free. Any plan can top up credits at any time, and if you run out, your dashboards and the daily briefing keep working. We are still finalising credit amounts before launch.
How does the founding member offer work?
The first 20 brands get 3 months free, then 50% off their first year on any plan. In return, we ask for honest feedback and, if it works for you, a short case study.
